Yuanqi Special Transport ("we", "us", "our") is a virtual trucking company operating within the TruckersMP community. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. By using this website or joining our community you agree to the practices described here.

Membership data you provide when you apply or join, such as your TruckersMP profile name and user ID, your Discord username and the in-game name you use on convoys.
Contact details you send us voluntarily through Discord, email or our other channels.
Content you submit, such as event sign-ups, gallery screenshots and messages posted in our community spaces.
Technical data collected automatically when you visit this website, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you view. This is used only for security and to keep the site running.

2. How we use your information

To manage your membership and verify who you are within the company.
To organise convoys, events and other company activities.
To communicate with you about schedules, announcements and community matters.
To keep the community secure, fair and well run.
To display public member information, such as your name and role, on this website.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (given when you join and provide your information), our legitimate interest in running the community, and compliance with our legal obligations.

Other members, to the extent needed to run convoys and events, for example through a member roster.
Third-party platforms we rely on, such as TruckersMP and Discord, which process data under their own privacy policies.

We keep personal data only for as long as you remain a member and for a reasonable period afterwards to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Our community is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by TruckersMP. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our Discord community. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
